2026 Pride Events: A recap
June 2026 was once again an exciting month for Harvard students, alumni and LGBTQ+ communities, marked by a series of engaging Pride events across the country.
Let’s take a look at this month's highlights:
Cambridge: HGSC Reunion Meetup on June 5, 2026
And we met again this year! A group of Harvard alumni came together at the Science Center for this year's reunion meetup, where we had the opportunity to reconnect with old friends, share stories, and forge new bonds with fellow graduates who share a commitment to fostering inclusion and pride. In times like these, staying connected matters more than ever; our connection is our strength and Pride remains our power!

NYC: Inter-SIG Pride Month Screening of China's Landmark Gay Film Lan Yu on June 14, 2026
Harvardwood, the Harvard Asian American Alumni Alliance (H4A), and the Harvard Gender and Sexuality Caucus (HGSC) co-hosted a Pride month screening in New York City on June 14, 2026. The event explored Hong Kong director Stanley Kwan’s 2001 film Lan Yu, a landmark in Asian LGBTQ cinema, a forbidden tale of spring-autumn romance set against the hope and horror of Tianenmen 1989.
Los Angeles: Pride Pool Party on June 18, 2026
Fellow LGBTQ+ Harvard alumni and friends gathered for an afternoon of connection, conversation, and a festive Pool Party! Alumns enjoyed a warm space, great drinks, and excellent company as we celebrated PRIDE together.
