Brian Esser is a solo practitioner specializing in building families through adoption, surrogacy, and assisted reproductive technology, with a focus on LGBT families. He previously worked at Arnold & Porter and Baker & Hostetler, and has held leadership roles in various legal and advocacy organizations.
Anthony M. Brown, Esq. is the Manager of Client Services at Circle Surrogacy and founder of Time For Families Law, PLLC. He is Chairman Emeritus of Men Having Babies and has been involved in significant legal and advocacy work, including contributing to the landmark case of Lawrence v. Texas.
