HGSC's 40th Anniversary Dinner

In June 1984, The Harvard Gay & Lesbian Caucus was founded with the aim of committing Harvard University to include sexual orientation in its non-discrimination policy. Join HGSC as we celebrate our 40th year of advocacy, connection, and community. 

Hear from a panel of three of HGSC/HGLC's past leaders:

  • Warren Goldfarb: First openly gay faculty member of Harvard University, 1982-83; Founding member of HGLC, Board of Directors 1984-2001
  • Thomas Parry: First openly gay Elected HAA Director, 1995-1998; elected HGLC Director, 1998-2008; HGLC President, 2003-2008
  • Rhonda Vittels: Elected HGLC Director, 2005-2014; HGLC Vice President, 2006-2008; HGLC President, 2008-2011

We will also present a special award to Professor Diana Eck and Dr. Dorothy Austin, DivThD '81 for their longterm support.
