The Pan-Harvard LGBTQ Town Hall will be held on the afternoon of Friday, March 3rd on the first floor of Boylston Hall (Harvard Yard) from 3-5:30pm.  The purpose of this event is to bring people from across the Harvard community together to discuss concerns, identify needs, and to pool knowledge and resources.  Faculty, staff, graduate students, undergraduate students, and all other affiliates are welcome!  Please RSVP at this link: https://goo.gl/forms/K8O5wtr0fqNhNyyC3

The event will start with a town hall style discussion moderated by faculty members Latanya Sweeney, Steph Burt, and Timothy McCarthy.  Following the discussion, attendees will be invited to join breakout groups whose purpose is to bring people from across the Harvard community together around particular issues. Attendees will reconvene briefly as a group, and the event will end with a reception. (The topics for the breakout groups are not set yet, but potential topics include: how Harvard can better support its LGBTQ community, social justice and human rights activism, community-building on campus, supporting those most threatened by the current political climate, and benefits and legal protections for non-normative families.)

Please RSVP to let the organizers know you are coming and to tell them about the issues that interest or concern you most.
